The practice provides GP care from 0800 to 1800 hrs Monday to Friday.
You can contact the practice with a medical query, administration query or to use our self help service by using our online patient triage. Please note that this service is not for urgent or emergency problems.
Please call the practice to arrange an appointment. Our reception staff may ask you a few questions about your appointment. This will help them book you into the right clinic slot. Some services can be booked or accessed directly without having to see the GP first; the receptionists will guide you through the process.
GP appointments can be either face to face, over the telephone or by video.
The dispensary opening hours are below and precriptions can be collected in person, by a representative or through the delivery service if you are self-isolating.
More routine primary care appointments have been made available to people living in our region. Patients registered at GP practices in Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby can pre-book a routine primary care appointment between 6:30pm and 8pm weekdays and between 8:30am and noon on Saturdays. This is not a walk-in service – please speak to a receptionist to book your appointment.
Patients may access other services such as the midwife, mental health support and physiotherapy without the need to contact the practice or speak to the GP first.
