The practice provides GP care from 0800 to 1800 hrs Monday to Friday.
You can contact the practice with a medical query, administration query or to use our self help service by using our online patient triage. Please note that this service is not for urgent or emergency problems.
We ask that you telephone the practice first and the GP will call you back to discuss your concern.
It may be that we can address your problem over the telephone or via a video consultation, which will reduce the need for you to travel and reduce your exposure to coronavirus infection. We will still see patients face to face where there is a clinical need.
The dispensary opening hours are below and precriptions can be collected in person, by a representative or through the delivery service if you are self-isolating.
More routine primary care appointments have been made available to people living in our region. Patients registered at GP practices in Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby can pre-book a routine primary care appointment between 6:30pm and 8pm weekdays and between 8:30am and noon on Saturdays. This is not a walk-in service – please speak to a receptionist to book your appointment.
Patients may access other services such as the midwife, mental health support and physiotherapy without the need to contact the practice or speak to the GP first.
For urgent help when the practice is closed, please call 111 or go to 111 online
