The practice provides GP care from 0800 to 1800 hrs Monday to Friday. If you need help during this time and are not able to come to clinics as below, please contact the practice on 01748 884 396. For help at weekends and overnight please call 111.
Should you wish a chaperone, you can either request this when booking your appointment or alternatively, the doctor will always offer you this option during the consultation.
To see the doctor:
Due to the coronavirus pandemic we are currently reducing direct patient contact unless absolutely necessary.
We ask that you telephone the practice first and the GP will call you back to discuss your concern.
It may be that we can address your problem over the telephone or via a video consultation, which will reduce the need for you to travel and reduce your exposure to coronavirus infection. We will still see patients face to face where there is a clinical need.
For information on the video service, which is quick and easy to use from your smart phone click here
To pick up a prescription: Please note that this can be done by a representative or through the delivery service if you are self-isolating.
